Purchase & Shipping Process
At Rafael Welsh Corgi, we prioritize professionalism, care, and your satisfaction. Here’s how the entire process works:
1. Quick & Supportive Responses
We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, offering expert guidance and full attention to your questions.
2. Secure Payment & Preparation
Full payment is required before shipping. Please ensure payment is made at least 2–3 hours before the planned shipping day to allow time for document processing and final health checks.
3. Flight Booking & Delivery Options
Flights are booked on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Sunday—based on your preference. Once booked, you’ll receive full flight details and be able to track your puppy through the shipping agent’s website.
4. Travel Timing Based on Regulations
Puppies are shipped once they meet the minimum age requirements of their destination country (typically 8–14 weeks). We’ll keep your puppy longer if needed—at no additional cost.
5. Registered Puppies Only
All puppies come with registration papers and pedigree. If you’d like to transfer registration to your local kennel club, we can issue an export pedigree for $75. Just provide the name and address you’d like on the papers.
6. Health & Wellness Check
Your puppy will be thoroughly examined by our licensed vet just a few hours before departure. An additional health check is done at the airport by an official veterinarian to ensure your puppy is travel-ready. All health and shipping documents are attached to the crate.
7. Pickup or Delivery
Be ready to receive your puppy at the airport 2 hours after flight arrival. Bring a valid ID (passport or driver’s license). Home delivery is also available for $30–$50. Once your puppy is home, please notify us and schedule a health check with your vet within 48 hours.
8. Feeding & Water Tips
We recommend giving your puppy bottled water at first, gradually mixing in tap water. Continue with the same food brand initially—your puppy will come with a starter pack that typically lasts 2 weeks.
9. 24-Hour Follow-Up
We’ll contact you 24 hours after delivery to ensure your puppy has arrived safely and to answer any follow-up questions.
10. Ongoing Support & Updates
You’ll receive regular updates and tips through our newsletters. We deeply value our long-term relationship with you.
11. Document Delivery
The original pedigree, vaccination records, and guarantee will be mailed within 2–4 weeks after delivery.
12. We Love Updates!
We’d love to receive pictures and updates as your puppy grows.
13. Referral Rewards
We truly appreciate referrals and offer rewards as a thank-you for spreading the word.

We currently have shipping coupons that allow us to ship up to 3 puppies at no extra charge. If you order while these are still available, your shipping will be free. Otherwise, standard shipping costs $150.
How to Order Your Puppy – Step-by-Step
Step 1: Visit the “available puppies” page on our website to view available puppies.
Step 2: Use the contact form (found on the “Contact Us” page) to express interest.
Step 3: Within 24 hours, we’ll respond to confirm your reservation (up to 7 days hold) or provide an invoice and lifetime satisfaction guarantee if you’re ready to proceed.
Step 4: Upon receiving payment, we process the paperwork, conduct a final health check, and schedule the flight for your preferred day.
Step 5: You’ll receive all flight details, including tracking information and pickup instructions.
Step 6: We follow up within 24 hours after arrival to ensure a smooth transition.
Step 7: Don’t forget to take your puppy to your vet within 48 hours of arrival for a routine check-up.
